Alena Antonová (December 16, 1930, Prague – December 30, 2021, Prague) was a Czech visual artist, painter, graphic artist, and illustrator.
She was born in Prague. From 1945 to 1948, she studied at the State Vocational School of Ceramics in Prague. From 1948 to 1949, she continued her studies at the Secondary School of Graphic Arts in Prague (under Professor Karel Tondl), and from 1949 to 1955, she studied monumental painting at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, spending the first two years in Antonín Strnadel’s studio and subsequently under Professor Emil Filla.
